This is the result of a project involving private and public partners such as the University of Salento, CNR-ISPA and the Italian Ministry of Research: the biological lycopene contained in Dolcepura products is produced by “biosynthesis” in plants and extracted with a completely innovative process that does not use any chemical or harmful solvents. The biological lycopene obtained with this new extraction method is therefore in no way contaminated with solvents and has a high concentration of antioxidant and bio-active molecules.
